Victoria S. ( Hetnar) Kozazcki

Victoria S. Kozazcki, 86, of Newbury, a longtime resident of Ipswich,  died early Saturday morning, June 28, 2014 at Anna Jaques Hospital, Newburyport. She was the wife of the late Mitchell Kozazcki. Born in Ipswich, June 12, 1928, daughter of the late Stanley and Margaret (Sikora) Hetnar, she was educated in the Ipswich Public School systems. Victoria married at age twenty-one and devoted her life to raising her six children and tending to the family farm. She was well known by most Ipswich families for her long  time commitment to Salter's bus company, where for many years  she drove for the Ipswich Public School system and coordinated the bus routes. Following her retirement she stayed active by delivering meals on wheels and knitting prayer shawls for people in need.  She was a longtime member of the Immanuel Baptist Church in Ipswich and the years was a member of several local bowling leagues. She is survived by her two sons, Mark and Matthew Kozazcki both of Newbury; four daughters, Gale Hull of Rowley, Cinda Sullivan and  Karen Sheehan both of NC and Heidi Roach of Rowley.  She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; Cherith Smith, Noel Marecka, Cassandra Harris, Savannah Harris and Jesse Kozazcki all of Ipswich, Talitha Marcelin of Haverhill, Isaiah Hull of Sweden, Indya and Kevin Sheehan both of Rowley, Mark Kozazcki, Tenley Grazioli and Heather Sullivan all of NC, Garrett Kozazcki of Newbury; step-grandchildren, Andrea Stella, Zachary Stella and Jonathan Stella all of Newbury, and Skylar, Ellis and Quinn Roach all of Rowley and  seventeen great-grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Sophie Barclay, John, Harry, Rudy, Edward, Walter and  Stanley Hetnar all formerly of Ipswich.Her funeral service will be held 11 am Tuesday in the Whittier-Porter Funeral Home, 6 High Street, Ipswich, followed by interment in the New Highland Cemetery, Ipswich. Family and friends are respectfully welcomed. Visiting hours are Monday June 30 from 5 to 8pm. Memorial contribution in her name may be made to Partners in Development, 55 Market Street, Suite 201, Ipswich, MA 01938.
