Gretta V. (Burnham) Reed, 82, formerly longtime resident of Gardner
Street, Hamilton, died Thursday, March 28, 2013 in the Maplewood
Center, Amesbury following her extended illness.
Born in Ipswich April 6, 1930 daughter of the late John and Elsie
(Burnham) Burnham she was raised in Essex where she attended public
school.
Mrs. Reed is survived by a son Kenneth F. Reed and his partner
Darren Hurlburt of South Hampton, NH; two daughters, Nancy J. Martin
of Great Falls, Montana and Janine M. Ross and her husband David,
and a grandchild Aaron R. Ross all of Ipswich. She is also survived
by two sisters Victoria Allen of Gloucester and Marjorie Rideout of
Ipswich, and her lifelong friend Nancy Paone of Ipswich. She was the
predeceased by several brothers and sisters.
