Frieda A. (Mackiewicz)
Klimaseski, 82, of Perley Avenue, Ipswich, died Friday, July 20,
2012 in the Beverly Hospital following her brief illness. She was
the wife of the late Edward A. Klimaseski who died on June 28, 2012.
Born in Ipswich
January 3, 1930 she was the daughter of the late Frank and Mary (Szywicka)
Mackiewicz. Raised and schooled in Ipswich she was a graduate of
Ipswich High School. Married in 1952 in the former Sacred Heart
Church the Klimaseskis lived for several years in Beverly returning
to Ipswich in 1961 to raise their family in the home they built on
Perley Avenue. For twenty-eight years Mrs. Klimaseski was employed
as a postal clerk in the Ipswich Post Office. She was a lifelong
member of Sacred Heart Church and Our Lady of Hope Parish and a
longtime member of the Ipswich PLAV Post #92 Ladies Auxiliary.
She is survived by
two sons, Brian Klimaseski of New York City, Craig E. Klimaseski of
Ipswich and two grandchildren, Stephanie Klimaseski and Jason
Klimaseski both of New York City.
Her funeral Service
will be held 11 am Monday, July 23, in the Whittier-Porter Funeral
Home, 6 High Street, Ipswich, with an hour of visitation preceding
the service, followed by Interment in the Cowles Memorial Cemetery,
Ipswich. Family and friends are respectfully welcomed.
