Cynthia Ann (Aiello) Tabor

Cynthia Ann Tabor, 59, wife of Theodore J. Tabor, Jr., died Monday, August
17, 2020 in her Blaisdell Terrace Ipswich home.
Cynthia was born May 28, 1961 in Beverly, the daughter of the late
Anthony S. and Jeanne C. (Carroll) Aiello of Essex. She was raised in
Essex and was a 1979 graduate of Gloucester High School. Ted and Cindy
were married in 1986. For many years she was employed as a waitress at
local restaurants, leaving the workforce when her eldest child was born.
The Tabors raised their family in Ipswich.
Cynthia will be remembered as an avid home gardener. She also enjoyed her
hours refinishing reclaimed furniture. She had a great sense of humor and
loved to talk politics. She loved her children and family dearly. She will
be greatly missed by those close to her.
In addition to her husband Ted of thirty-four years, she is survived by a
son, Zachary T. Tabor; two sisters, Catherine Woodman, wife of the late
Larry Woodman, Theresa Gauthier, wife of Gerald Gauthier, all of Ipswich;
two brothers-in-law, Stephen Tabor of Seabrook, NH, Stanley Tabor of
Lynn; two sisters-in-law, Janet Bennett of Tamworth, NH, Susan Aiello of
Lyman, ME; Godchild Brittnie Aiello and several nieces and nephews.
Cynthia was pre-deceased by her brothers Stephen, David, and Michael
Aiello. She was the loving mother of the late Jeanne C. Tabor, who died in
2012.
Her funeral service will be held Wednesday, August 26 at 11 am in the
Highland Cemetery, Ipswich. Family and friends are respectfully welcomed,
with masks and observing social
distancing guidelines. Arrangements are under the direction of the
Whittier-Porter Funeral Home of Ipswich.
