Amalia M. (Frederick) Migneault, 89, of Farmington, New
Hampshire, longtime of Summer Street, Ipswich, died Monday,
August 26, 2013 in the Wentworth-Douglas Hospital, Dover, New
Hampshire following her brief illness. She was the wife of the
late Edgar Migneault.
Born in Ipswich April 28, 1924, daughter of the late Edward H.
and Myrtle A. (Southwick) Frederick, she was raised in Hamilton
where she attended public schools. For many years she was
employed by Burger King in Beverly. Soon following the death of
her husband she moved to Farmington where she has lived for the
past twenty years.
Mrs. Migneault and her husband Edgar enjoyed boating in the
local waters and their moped rides to the Neck. She will be
remembered by all who knew her for her love and dedication to
her grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces.
She is survived by a son, Kerry Stewart of Farmington; a
daughter, Terri Stewart of Rochester, NH; three grandchildren,
Ami Marshall of Claremont,
NH, Terri Simbalist of Farmington, Scott Stewart of Rochester;
six great grandchildren; a sister, Thalia Frederick of Merrimac,
MA and three nieces, Sharon Kindt of AZ, Mona Newcomer of
Venice, FL and Valerie Budd of Merrimac. She was the mother of
the late Scott Stewart formerly of Ipswich and sister of the
late Virginia Frederick formerly of Beverly and Edward Frederick
formerly of Merrimac.
